1. Fill in your application form
The first step is to compete our application form. You are required to fill in all necessary fields with the correct information so we are aware of the hours and days you are applying for, any previous cleaning experience you may have and the area you are from.
2. Pass the phone interview
After receiving your application form to become a cleaner, we will contact you for a telephone interview. At this point we will give you more information about the kind of work we offer, the work we have available for you at the times and days you stated on your application form and will also have a better understanding of your previous cleaning experience. We will assess things such as your understanding of the English language, your interest in the position being offered and if we think you will be suited to join our team.

3. Successfully pass a V.O.G. check
All applicants who pass our telephone interview will be required to carry out a V.O.G. check. The check is to establish both your identity and any criminal convictions you may have. This check takes between 10 and 14 working days to complete. It is A1 Quality Cleaning Services policy to ensure only applicants who pass both parts of this check will be offered the chance to become a cleaner.
4. You're good to go
Once this check has come back to us clear, you will be provided with your starter pack and ID card and will also have to download our calendar app to access your schedule. From this point you are ready to begin working on the days times you provided to us.
